Luke and his exersaucer

Lucas loves to sit in his exersaucer and will be content in there for about an hour. He is starting to learn how the toys work and knows when you flip the pages it makes sounds or pull hanging toys it will play music. It is a sight to watch and keeps me entertained as well :)

This video was taken just a couple of days ago in his new jumperoo I got him. I think he is still get use to the thing. He loves watching the lights and following them with his eyes. Smart boy!

4th of July

I know its a bit late but i thought I would share Lukes first 4th. It was a mellow family day starting with breakfast at Mimis then shopping at the mall, a movie and dinner at Mcdonalds (yuck). Even though we just stayed in town it was a very enjoyable day.

4 months ago and now.

He has changed so much in just 4 months. He is a whopping 29 inches long and 15 lbs. He is constantly moving and talking. He likes to hear himself scream and his new thing he likes is to spit. Just can't believe how fast time goes by. Everyone tells you to cherish these moments because they are gone like that and boy they werent kidding. We love every moment with our angel. He brings a joy to our lives neither of us thought was possible. These pictures are of Luke when he first got home from the hospital and just last week on our road trip!

Luke's first baseball game

Last night we packed up the car and headed to Anaheim. Of course it's not an easy thing to leave the house anymore, so once we got the diapers, wipes, toys, bottles, formula, jacket, 2 extra change of clothes, blankets, a hat and the baby carrier we were ready for a good time. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed getting out of the house and doing something different. Lucas was a bit scared at first with all the people and noise but soon learned to enjoy it. We stayed till the top of the 9th and thought it would be best to beat the traffic, which we did and got out in a cinch. Now what we used... 1 bottle and a blanket, haha hey we know for next time now.
